29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). a. On or about April 8, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees erected a modular system scaffold within ten (10) feet from a 12,000 volt overhead powerline, thereby exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
