29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Manufacturing Department: Main Conveyor - On or about April 9, 2025, the employer did not ensure that equipment, such as metal electrical junction boxes, were used in accordance with the instructions included in the listing or labeling. The metal electrical junction boxes, which are intended to be wired with permanent conduit, were wired with flexible conduit. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
