29 CFR 1926.59: The employer had not developed a written hazard communication program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1) as incorporated by reference:  29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers had not developed, implemented, and maintained at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets (SDSs), and employee information and training would be met:  On or about April 8, 2025, G&D Contractors LLC did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f) for labels and other forms of warning, (g) for SDSs, and (h) for employee information and training would be met. Gasoline, sealants and sprays were utilized by employees to install a new roofing system at a worksite located at 16026 Nantucket Island Drive in Grover, Missouri. The employer did not have a written hazard communication program nor did they have safety data sheets available to employees.
