On or about April 10, 2025, and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without ensuring the fall protection being used was connected in the proper location on the body harness, exposing employees to fall hazards of over 11 feet 2 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):A training program was not provided to each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, to enable that employee to recognize the hazards of falling, and be trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: a) 244 Sand St. Panama City Beach, FL. On or about April 10, 2025, and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without first ensuring his crew was trained on the hazards associated with falls including but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet to the ground below.
