29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person.  LOCATION: the worksite at 93 Bennington St.  a) An employee was installing glass with one leg stepping through the railing of the aerial lift.  b) An employee was not attached to the engineered anchor point in the basket of the aerial lift by a lanyard.  On or about April 10th, 2025, the employer exposed their workers to numerous hazards when no competent person was on site to prevent unsafe practices as part of a safety program that provided for frequent and regular inspections.
