29 CFR  1910.28(c): When employees were exposed to falling objects the employer did not implement measures to prevent objects from falling from higher levels as set forth in (c)(1)-(3) of this section:   On or about April 3, 2025 in Auburn, NH.  The conveyer used to bring tires between the first and second floor of the warehouse did not have a system in place to prevent tires from falling to the lower level.
