29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6):The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) On or about 04/08/2025, at the north building north corridor hallway area of the site, Williamsville, NY. The duplex wall outlet, which a ventilation fan was plugged into, did not have grounding that was permanent and continuous. Creative Structures owned the ventilation fan. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
