29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section.  At the temporary jobsite located at 16681 Hickory St. in Goddard, Kansas, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet and 1 inch above the ground. Fall protection for one employee was on site but not utilized.
