29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: A) 14 Vogt Dr Bridgewater, NJ 08807 - Mid-rails were not installed between the cross point of the guardrail system and the platform surface. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of approx. 20 feet. Hazards observed on or about April 14, 2025.
