29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).   a. Located at or near 185 Spelt Street, Groveport, Ohio, 43125: On or about April 14, 2025, the employer failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections to identify and correct hazards at job sites where employees were exposed to hazards, including but not limited to, the operation of a Kubota SSV65 Skid Steer Loader. Consequently, employees were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards.
