29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  At a worksite located at 5636 Rockhill Rd, MO 64110: An employee was exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employee to this hazard by allowing them to work from a sheet of plywood that was supported by a rough terrain forklift. The employee was not protected from falling by any means of fall protection.

Employees were using a gasoline powered generator to power a handheld circular saw and battery charger for handheld power tools used to conduct framing work. The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work. The hazardous chemical used at the site was gasoline.
