29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a)  1517 Dodge Ave, Helena MT:  On or about  April 9, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to health hazards while working with chemicals including, but not limited to, sodium hydroxide (BCAL 100), nitric acid during the brewing production process. The employer failed to ensure that employees were trained on the hazards of the chemicals they were using throughout the worksite.  b)  1517 Dodge Ave, Helena MT:  On or about  April 9, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to health hazards while working with chemicals including, but not limited to, sodium hydroxide (BCAL 100) nitric acid, Tanic Acid Tanal 02, Oxidizers, during the brewing production process. The employer failed to that hazardous chemicals were properly labeled to include secondary container labeling at the worksite.
