29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) AU Roofing on or about April 15, 2025, at the address of 1144 Woodville Rd. Toledo, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while removing old and installing sheeting material on a residential type structure. Employees operating in this condition were exposed to a 15 ft. fall to the ground below. AU Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1751741, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 7, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 507 N. Wintergarden Rd. Bowling Green, OH.
