29 CFR 1910.303(h)(3):Electrical control room, sufficient work space had not been provided at the entrances to Electrical Panel SB UT-3, Util-3m Util-4 and SB UT-4 due to the storage of 4 boxes measuring approximately 23 in. by 24 in. by 3 ft. 1 in. high, containing electrical cables. In all cases, the work space shall be adequate to permit at least a 90-degree opening of doors or hinged panels. On or about April 15, 2025, multiple electrical panels were blocked with materials in the south fabrication building which caused there to not be sufficient workspace to enter circuit breaker panels.
