29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   (a) Jobsite, 264 Reynoldsdale Road, Bedford, PA 15522: On or about April 15, 2025 during composite decking manufacturing activities on the #6 production saw located on the facility floor, the employer did not ensure machine guarding was in place while performing composite decking cutting operations, exposing employees to amputation type injuries.  (b) Jobsite, 264 Reynoldsdale Road, Bedford, PA 15522: On or about April 15, 2025 during composite decking manufacturing activities on the #10 production saw located on the facility floor, the employer did not ensure machine guarding was in place while performing composite decking cutting operations, exposing employees to amputation type injuries.
