CB Manufacturing Company Inc dba PepsiCo/2200 New Brunswick Avenue., Piscataway, NJ, 08854/The employer failed to conduct periodic inspections of the energy control procedures to ensure that employees performing maintenance on the Line 3 Bag-in-Box (BIB) Palletizer machine were following proper lockout/tagout practices. As a result, employees were exposed to amputation hazards. Condition noted on or about 04/15/2025.
