29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. At a worksite located at 9220 Old Santa Fe Road, Kansas City, MO employees were exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform construction work at heights greater than 10 feet without the use of fall protection while working from a pump jack scaffold.
