On or about April 15, 2025 and at times prior thereto, employees were preforming framing work to a 2-story residential home at a height above 6 feet without utilizing fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(c):When employees were exposed to falling objects the employer did not require employees to wear hard hats and did not implement measures to prevent objects from falling from higher levels as set forth in (c)(1)-(3) of this section. Instance (A): On or about April 15, 2025 and at times prior thereto, an employee was perfoming frame work on the 2nd floor under roof frame workers on a 2-story residential home without utilizing a hard hat to protect from falling objects. Instance (B): On or about April 15, 2025 and at times prior thereto, an employee was on the ground, passing material up to roof frame workers on a 2-story residential home without utilizing a hard hat to protect from falling objects.
