29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) On or about April 16, 2025, on the south side of the jobsite, an employee utilized a pneumatic nail gun without adequate eye protection while framing a residential home.  b) On or about April 16, 2025, on the south side of the jobsite, an employee utilized a handheld power saw without adequate eye protection while framing a residential home.
