29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems:   A) Location - Worksite: On or about 4/16/25, employees were exposed to 10-foot fall hazards while installing a new roof on an existing residence without fall protection.  B) Location - Worksite:  On or about 4/16/25, an employee was exposed to 7 1/2-foot fall hazards while installing a garage roof without fall protection.
