Unless the material is carried or passed to the ground by hand, it shall be lowered to the ground via covered, dust-tight chute, crane or hoist: On or about April 16, 2025, at a worksite located at 1500 23rd St, Two Rivers, WI; employees removing asbestos-containing material from a roof dropped or threw the material to the ground potentially releasing asbestos fibers into the air. The roofing material contained between 10 and 15 percent chrysotile asbestos.
