On or about April 16, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employee using a pneumatic nail gun was not utilizing eye protection, thereby exposing the employee to hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about April 16, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eleven (11) feet four (4) inches above the ground, was/were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. A and A Pro Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1559168, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8014 W. 174th Pl. Tinley Park, IL.
