29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training that covered the required elements in 1910.134(k)(1)(i)-(vii):    a) Bahcar, Inc. dba Phil's Bodyshop and Auto Painting, 3715 Derry Street, Building D, Harrisburg, PA 17111 - On or about April 17, 2025, employees were engaged in car painting  and sanding operations, requiring the use of 3M half-mask respirators, and respiratory protection training was deficient in that it lacked information including, but not limited to, the criteria for:   1. Why the respirator is necessary and how improper fit, usage, or maintenance can compromise the protective effect of the respirator; 2. What the limitations and capabilities of the respirator are; 3. How to use the respirator effectively in emergency situations, including situations in which the respirator malfunctions; 4. How to recognize medical signs and symptoms that may limit or prevent the effective use of respirators; and 5. The general requirements of this section (29 CFR 1910.134(k)).  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
