Employees were working on a 10/12 pitched roof and were exposed to a fall hazard of 18-feet. B) M & J Roofing Home and Improvements LLC. on or about 04/17/25 at the address of 3969 Amherst Drive, Hermitage, PA: Employees were working from the roof of the structure while using body belts as a means of fall protection. Employees were working on a 10/12 pitched roof and were exposed to a fall hazard of 9-feet.
