29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) New residential construction Lot 18 at 3906 Brushy St. Powder Springs GA. 30127, second level landing:  On or about April 10, 2025, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of at least 10 feet from the second floor landing to the ground level, in that a fall protection system was not utilized by employees engaged in installing siding activities. CSHO observed two employees on the second level, neither (two employees)  were not wearing fall protection at the time of inspection.
