29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. At a worksite located at Lot 1912 SW Hightown Drive, Lees Summit, MO, employees were exposed to struck by hazards to their eyes. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to utilize a pneumatic nail gun without the use of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a worksite located at Lot 1912 SW Hightown Drive, Lees Summit, MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform construction activities at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection. Instances of exposure include, but are not limited to: 1. One employee working from the western section of the structures roof, near a fall hazard greater than 12 feet to the interior next lower level. 2. One employee working from the western section of the structures roof, near a fall hazard greater than 11 feet to the exterior next lower level. 3. One employee working from the northern section of the structure roof, near a fall hazard greater than 16 feet to the exterior next lower level.
