29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about April 14, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees in the brewery were required to handle corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to nitric acid and phosphoric acid, without having access to an operable eyewash and shower station for immediate emergency use.

29CFR 1904.41(a)(1)(i): If your establishment had 20-249 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and your establishment is classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, then you must electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee. You must submit the information once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form. On or about March 2nd, 2025 the employer had not electronically submitted information from the OSHA Form 300A for calendar year 2024 to OSHA. The information was submitted on March 3rd, 2025 when it was required to be submitted by March 2, 2025.
