29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) 327 Pearl Street, Beach Haven, NJ: The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls. Employee engaged in residential trim work was working on pump jack scaffold at heights of 20 feet and was not protected from falls by use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system. Condition noted on or about 4/17/2024 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
