(a) 1501 Long Beach Blvd., Ship Bottom, NJ: Worker engaged in installing lights on light poles in the parking lot of a bank that was being renovated and was exposed to fall hazards around 15 feet to the ground surface below, when working from the basket of a Versalift Articulating Boom Lift without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 04/17/2025.
