On or about April 17, 2025, the employer did not ensure labels on boxes stored on the second floor of the Cathode Mixing Room in Area 100 containing LG Chem Ltd, HN701A (cathode active material) (toxic & carcinogen) included all of the pictograms representing the hazards of the chemical listed in Section 2 the SDS (revision date 12. 24. 2024); or words, pictures, symbols or combination thereof to provide at least general information regarding those hazards.
