29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Cabinet Mountain Brewing Company, Brewery: On or about April 15th, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while using sodium metasilicate, sodium percarbonate and potassium perchlorate in the brewery without a written hazard communication program. b) Cabinet Mountain Brewing Company, Brewery: On or about April 15th, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while using Phosphoric acid & benzenesulfonic acid (Star San) without secondary labeling on the containers. c) Cabinet Mountain Brewing Company, Brewery: On or about April 15th, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while using sodium metasilicate, sodium percarbonate and potassium perchlorate without training the employees on the hazards associated with the chemicals. d) Cabinet Mountain Brewing Company, Brewery: On or about April 15th, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while using sodium metasilicate, sodium percarbonate and potassium perchlorate in the brewery without maintaining safety data sheets for use and review by the employees working with the chemicals.
