29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #155-158 at Vernon Lane, Dawsonville, GA 30534, Roof: On or about April 19, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 120 PSI while engaged in roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) New residential construction located on Lots #155-158 Vernon Lane, Dawsonville, GA, 30534, Roof: On or about 02/07/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 21-feet, 4-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators.                                                                    a) New residential construction Located on Lot #155-158 Vernon Lane, Dawsonville, GA 30534 : On or about 04/19/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards as the employer allowed employees to use the TranzSporter Platform Hoist as a ladder to access the roof. Manufacturer's general safety instructions state that this hoist should never be used as a ladder or climbed by personnel.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(4): Hoisting cables were not installed in accordance with the wire rope manufacturers' recommendations.  a) New residential construction located on Lot 155-158 Vernon Lane, Dawsonville, GA 30534: On or about 04/19/2025, the employer exposed employees to potential struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not follow the manufacturer's specifications of the TranzSporter Platform Hoist as the wire cable it was manufactured with was replaced using a rope.
