A) 8 Roxbury Drive, Sprig Valley - NY: An employee was exposed to head injuries while working below other employees that were working above them on a scaffold. The employee below was not protected by a hard hat or any other type of head protection, on or about, April 10th, 2025.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall be plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement. A) 8 Roxbury Drive, Sprig Valley - NY: Employees were exposed to fall /scaffold collapse hazards of approximately 20 & 30 feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was not braced at the bottom. The employees had harnesses on, however were not tied off to anything to prevent them from falls, on or about, April 10th, 2025.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. A) 8 Roxbury Drive, Sprig Valley - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 & 30-feet while conducting stucco work while working on a pump jack scaffold without the use of a personal fall arrest, or other fall protection systems, on or about, April 10th, 2025.
