29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) On Roof/New townhome construction located on Lot #1000 at Highland Ave Conyers GA - On or about 04/18/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities operating these tools at 130 PSI. Lazaro Sarabia Aguilar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1607156, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/2023 , with respect to a workplace located at Lot # 14-22 Olmstead Way, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
