29 CFR  1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:   a)  At 3128 Camphor Road, Eagle Pointe, Pensacola, Florida:  On April 21, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to operate a skill saw on site with the guard wedged up leaving the blade exposed and exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a)  At 3128 Camphor Road, Eagle Pointe, Pensacola, Florida:  On April 21, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to use an extension ladder to gain access to the roof and the rials of the ladder did not extend three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet to the ground below.
