29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level. Jobsite: On or about April 22, 2025, the employer did not ensure that an employee repairing rafters and sheathing from a residential roof approximately 7 feet, 6 inches to the next lower level utilized a complete personal fall arrest system that would prevent him from free-falling more than six feet and contacting the lower roof if a fall occurred.
