29 CFR  1910.1030(c)(1)(i):The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:  (a) 163 Cadillac Ct, Belvidere, IL 61008 - On or about April 22nd, 2025, the employer did not develop and implement a written Exposure Control Plan in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i) that would describe or include at least the following elements:   1) Exposure determination; 2) Schedule and method of implementation for Methods of Compliance, Hepatitis B Vaccination and Post-Exposure Evaluation and Follow-up, Communication of Hazards to Employees, and Recordkeeping; and 3) The procedure for the evaluation of circumstances surrounding exposure incidents.  Employees have occupational exposure to blood, and possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens such as hepatitis B (HBV), hepatitis C (HCV) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), during dental procedures including, but not limited to, teeth cleaning, use of sharps, and administering of local anesthesia.   Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
