29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. On or about April 23, 2025, at 3205 Saint Johns Parkway, Sandford FL: employees were exposed to eye injuries while working with corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, Muriatic Acid and Sulfuric Acid, in that the eye wash station was empty and not capable of delivering water for at least 15 minutes.
