29 CFR  1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:  a)  Production Floor - The employer did not conduct periodic inspections of the company's specific procedures for control of hazardous energy (LOTO) as required. Employees perform servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to, Floor Stacker, Miter Saws and Truss Press machine, which have multiple energy sources such as, but not limited to, electrical and pneumatic. Thus exposing the employees to potential start up from possible undocumented modifications. This condition was noted on or about September 26, 2025.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
