On or about 16 January 2025, the employer failed to notify OSHA of an in-patient hospitalization within 24 hours.  An employee was returning to his workstation from break and tripped on a rug and fell down and broke his arm.  No abatement certification or documentation required.  Abatement of this violation is already in the casefile, the employer need not submit certification nor documentation of abatement of this item.
