29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a)  Crest Clean Line area of Machine Shop:  On or about 4/23/25 the employer did not have a readily accessible eye wash station that provides 15 minutes of continuous flow for flushing of the eyes where production employees use a corrosive chemical such as nitric acid.

29 CFR 1910.242(b):  Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.   a)Machine Shop:  On or about 4/23/25 employees were using the compressed air set at approximately 90-110 P.S.I. to clean machined pieces, equipment and areas surrounding the equipment.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1904.41(a)(1)(i):The establishment had 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and the establishment was classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, and the employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by the specified date:  a) 7145 Colonial Lane Pennsauken, NJ 08109 - The employer did not submit via Injury Tracking Application (ITA) their OSHA 300A Summary for the previous calendar year 2024 by March 2, 2025. This condition was noted on or about April 23, 2025.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
