29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Crest Clean Line area of Machine Shop: On or about 4/23/25 the employer did not have a readily accessible eye wash station that provides 15 minutes of continuous flow for flushing of the eyes where production employees use a corrosive chemical such as nitric acid.

NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
