29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were not used for the purpose for which they were designed: On or about April 21, 2025, at the jobsite located at 6431 Pine Tree Dr, Miami Beach, FL, 33141, employees were exposed to an approximate 14-foot fall hazard when performing waterproofing activities in the roof of a pool cabana under construction while ascending and descending on a closed A-frame ladder which was leaning against a wall.
