29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i):Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employee(s) with occupational exposure: Throughout the facility: On or about April 22, 2025, and at times prior, the Hepatitis B vaccine was not provided to employees who are working with laundry that may be contaminated with blood or other potentially infectious material. Employees were potentially exposed to bloodborne pathogen hazards. Marriott International, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1753195, citation number 001, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 5201 N Pima Road, Scottsdale, Arizona.
