29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about April 11, 2025, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting framing activities on a residential building under construction, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, in excess of six feet above the lower working surface. Mazariegos Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1702072, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 1, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7658 Mardale Ln., Colorado Springs, CO.
