29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 6318 Buckthorn Circle, Lot 1F Stonechase, Pace , Florida: On April 24, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 2 inches to the ground below. The Crisanto Morales dba Crisanto Morales was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1779993, citation number 1, item number_2, Group A and was affirmed as a final order on November 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 6728 Paso Fino Drive, Lot 11F Saddle Ridge, Pensacola, Florida.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At 6318 Buckthorn Circle, Lot 1F Stonechase, Pace , Florida: On April 24, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 2 inches to the ground below. The Crisanto Morales dba Crisanto Morales was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.503(A)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1779993, citation number 1, item number_2, Group B and was affirmed as a final order on November 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 6728 Paso Fino Drive, Lot 11F Saddle Ridge, Pensacola, Florida.
