29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(i): A program of periodic and regular inspections of mechanical power press(es) was not established and followed to ensure that all parts, auxiliary equipment and safeguards were in a safe operating condition and adjustment:(a)   a) On or about April 24, 2025, in the power press department, the employer failed to ensure that periodic and regular inspections of each power press, such as but not limited to the  Bliss C60 100 Ton Mechanical Power Press Machine, were conducted to make sure all components of the machine were working properly. The employer also failed to ensure that employees perform and complete necessary maintenance or repair before operating the presses, along with ensuring that certification records are being maintained.
