29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about April 24, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing welding activities from a JLG 600S articulating boom lift, approximately twenty-three (23) feet above ground, was not wearing a personal fall protection system, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
