29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about April 23, 2025, at 472 Lost Creek Drive in Waxahachie, Texas, employees installed decking material from heights of more than 6-feet above the lower level without fall protection. Gerardo Estrada Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1737633, Citation Number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 5, 2024, with a final abatement date on May 30, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 809 Vineyard Way, Forney, TX 75126.
