1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): Location: 319 Monponsett Street Hanson MA On or about 25 April 2025, employees were conducting roofing activities on the roof of a residential house approximately 10 to 25 feet above ground level without utilizing fall protection. The roof was having new plywood installed prior to shingles. The employer did not have a program to conduct and document frequent and regular inspections of their worksites to ensure that workers were rpotected from falls
