29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) 1250 W North Street, Dover, DE 19901: On or about April 26, 2025, employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards because effective machine guarding was not in place on the Shake 'N Bake Line 1, Pouch Filler 1, to protect operators from accidental contact with point-of-operation nip points. Kraft Heinz Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1693811 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 18, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1701 W. Bradley Avenue Champaign, IL 61821.
